Michael Martens was appointed CEO and Managing Director in May 2012. Prior to Riedel Networks, Michael was for 5 years member of the management board of Colt Technology Services, responsible for the Wholesale and the Midsize business in the D-A-CH and CEE regions. Before this he was member of the management team of Verizon Business, managing the Reseller, System Integrator, Carriers and Service Providers sales channels. Michael started his career at Deutsche Telekom, has served as professional soldier and weapon communication engineer at the German federal forces and has studied business information technology at the AKAD institute.

Timo Siebel is CTO at Riedel Networks since October 01, 2021 and thus responsible for Network & Security Operations, Project Management and Network Development. Timo brings with him over 30 years of experience in ICT. Most recently, he was responsible for the rollout and operation of a Cisco-based SD-WAN for a global automotive manufacturer at BT. He started his career in telecommunications as a Network Engineer at DuPont. Timo built up and managed the Customer Support division at Viag Interkom, was COO Programme Director and responsible for Service Delivery for BT in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe.

Bernhard Pussel is Chief Sales Officer and Deputy CEO. He has been responsible for all Riedel Networks sales and pre-sales since October 2017. Prior to joining Riedel, Mr. Pussel held senior positions in international telecommunications companies such as Truphone and Colt Technology Services. Bernhard Pussel began his career in sales as an account manager at IBM. His first position in sales management was at DEC as head of the business unit OEM. At the Berufsakademie Stuttgart, Mr. Pussel studied electrical engineering and communications engineering.

Thomas Bender is Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Riedel Networks since July 1st 2022. Before, Thomas has been a member of the senior management team of BT Germany with full power of attorney and has held senior postions e.g. as Head of Telco Procurement DACH & Nordics. His responsibilities in Riedel Networks include Accounting, Bid Management, Carrier Relations and Supplier Relations. Thomas is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) and has extensive knowledge and experience in purchasing and sourcing strategies.
