Butzbach, also lovingly called the "Pearl of Wetterau" by more than 26,500 inhabitants, lies in the heart of the state of Hessen and is the center of a charming landscape of the northern Wetterau. With its 13 districts Butzbach is on the edge of the natural park Taunus.

Our office is in the landgrave castle Butzbach and thus very centrally located, almost directly in the old town. You are in 15 minutes by train in Giessen and within 40 minutes at Frankfurt Central Station, the train station Butzbach is within walking distance from the Landgrafenschloß. By car it is about 40 minutes to Frankfurt airport or 20 minutes to Wetzlar. Free parking directly at the castle and in the parking garage landgrave castle are available for your use. We have several charging stations for electric and hybrid cars in the parking lots in front of the castle.

Butzbach offers a wide range of childcare facilities, schools, social and community events for all social and age groups. Land prices and rents are affordable and well below the rents of e.g. Frankfurt.
The city of Butzbach maintains ten daycare centers, where children from the age of one to the age of one are taken care of. In addition, there are four denominational institutions. Butzbach is the educational center in the northern Wetterau with ten schools, including pre-, primary schools, junior high schools, vocational and integrated comprehensive schools as well as beyond the city limits known high school Weidiggymnasium.

Butzbach has a varied event program. It includes big concerts, small series of events and various club activities. Almost legendary: beyond the region known and very popular open-air cinema in the courtyard of the landgrave castle Butzbach.

Traditional markets, big events with well-known entertainers and seasonal festivities have developed into the cultural identity of the people of our region. Modern rides as well as the traditional Ferris wheel regularly belong to the offer of showmen. With over 200 active clubs Butzbach is a place full of active, lived community.
